Last week I went on an awesome trip to Siem Reap in Cambodia to see Angkor Wat with my father and aunt. I may or may not have gone a little trigger happy with my camera….OK, I was completely trigger happy.

Angkor Wat is one of those places that no amount of photographs and documentaries can capture the overwhelming scale, intricacy and complexity of. Cambodia itself is a beautiful country, albeit very poor. Knowing its past and present problems, I was even more pleasantly surprised by how great the people were. On top of exploring beautiful, inspiring temple ruins hundreds of years old, the Cambodians that we met along the trip, however briefly, really made the trip for me.

The first thing I did after coming back to Bangkok was to get the film I took with the Yashica-A to be developed, but I didn’t get a chance to pick it up until earlier. Wish it isn’t so expensive because film is so much fun to use!
